NEW! Gluten-Free Cinnamon Pull Apart Bread 🍂

Hi Reader!

I'm so excited to share this one with you! My new gluten-free cinnamon pull apart bread is live, and it's SO good.

It has everything I love about my gluten-free cinnamon rolls, but it's even easier to make. You roll out the dough, cover it in butter and cinnamon sugar, stack it in a loaf pan, and bake. Then it gets a drizzle of cream cheese frosting. Every piece pulls apart just like regular bread.

The dough uses my homemade flour blend (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, and potato starch) plus psyllium husk, which is what makes it soft and easy to roll out. I use Anthony's Whole Psyllium Husks (affiliate link) in a lot of my bread recipes and it's the one I always recommend.

If cinnamon rolls have ever felt like too much work, this is a great place to start!

If you make it, I'd love to see! Hit reply and tell me how it turned out, or tag me when you share it.

-Meg

All of the flours, tools, and ingredients I use in my recipes are linked in my Amazon storefront. It's the easiest way to find exactly what I use without hunting around. (affiliate link)

Hi Reader! Pumpkin bagels are here! My new gluten-free pumpkin bagels just went live, and I can't stop making them! They're a fall spin on my New York-style gluten-free bagels. The dough is almost the same (brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, and psyllium husk), but I swapped some of the water for pumpkin puree and added pumpkin pie spice. They still get boiled, so you get that shiny crust and chewy bite you want in a real bagel. They're not overly sweet either. They still taste...
