Your Gluten-Free Game Day Spread Starts Here

Hi Reader!

If you're anything like me, tomorrow is going to involve a lot of time on the couch, and I'm not mad about it. The winter games just kicked off in Italy (that opening ceremony!), the big game is tomorrow, and honestly, that's a perfectly good excuse to spend the whole day snacking.

Whether you're watching figure skating, football, or flipping back and forth between both, here are six gluten-free recipes to keep your spread stocked all day long. They're easy to pull together, some are even make-ahead friendly, and the kind of food that everyone at the table can enjoy. No one will even know it's gluten-free.

Gluten-Free Buffalo Chicken Dip

Bubbly, cheesy, and loaded with buffalo flavor, this is the dip that disappears first at every party. Grab some GF tortilla chips or celery sticks and let it do its thing.

Cream Cheese Stuffed Mini Peppers

Cheddar, bacon, and cream cheese packed into sweet mini peppers. These come together in under 30 minutes and pair well with literally everything.

Green Onion Dip

Sometimes you just need a really good chip dip. Grab a bag of Ruffles and you're set.

Gluten-Free Chicken Wings

Is it even game day without wings? These come out perfectly crispy and you can toss them in whatever sauce you want... BBQ, buffalo, you name it.

Gluten-Free Onion Rings

Crispy, golden, and so good with BBQ sauce or ranch (sorry I hate ketchup, but go for it). Pro tip: this batter also works beautifully for my gluten-free cheese curds if you want to take things up a notch.

Walking Taco Casserole

When you need something more substantial to get everyone through the second half, this Frito-topped taco casserole is it. All the fixings, one skillet, feeds a crowd.

You can find even more game day ideas in my gluten-free Game Day recipe collection. There's something for every kind of spread.

Happy game day!

Meg

Hi Reader! Biscuits were one of the first things I missed after my celiac diagnosis. They seem simple, but getting a gluten-free version that actually rises and layers took me a lot of testing to figure out. I tested four different flour blends and Cup4Cup was the clear winner for texture, rise, and flavor. The technique matters just as much as the flour. Cold grated butter, a simple lamination step, and freezing the cut biscuits before they go in the oven are what give you real flaky layers....

Hi Reader! Easter is this weekend, and whether you're hosting brunch, putting together a big dinner, or just need something fun to bake, I've got you covered. These are my favorite gluten-free recipes for the holiday, from Easter morning all the way through dessert. Gluten-Free Mini Egg Blondies Buttery, chewy blondies loaded with chopped Cadbury Mini Eggs and topped with whole ones so you can see the egg shape. You can have them in the oven in under 10 minutes. They're the first thing gone...

Hi Reader! I took my gluten-free chicken pot pie filling and my gluten-free cheddar drop biscuits (with a Cheddar Bay makeover), combined them into one cast iron skillet, and it might be my new favorite thing I've ever made. This is a cobbler-style pot pie with a thick, creamy chicken filling topped with fluffy Cheddar Bay drop biscuits and finished with a melted garlic butter brush straight out of the oven. Completely gluten-free and so comforting. Grab the Recipe Here If you make this, I'd...
