NEW! Gluten-Free Fried Donuts Recipe

Hi Reader!

Remember my enriched yeast dough I used in my gluten-free dinner rolls? Well, I fried it.

These gluten-free fried donuts are light, pillowy, and taste like real yeasted donuts. Not baked cake donuts in a pan. Actual fried donuts like you'd get at Dunkin, but better.

This is the same base as my cinnamon rolls, crescent rolls and dinner rolls, so if you loved those, you're going to love these too. Finish with thick vanilla glaze and sprinkles, or keep it simple and toss in sugar while they're hot.

If you make these, I want to hear about it. Reply to this email or write me a comment on the blog post!

Cold grated butter, a simple lamination step, and freezing the cut biscuits before they go in the oven are what give you real flaky layers....

Hi Reader! I took my gluten-free chicken pot pie filling and my gluten-free cheddar drop biscuits (with a Cheddar Bay makeover), combined them into one cast iron skillet, and it might be my new favorite thing I've ever made. This is a cobbler-style pot pie with a thick, creamy chicken filling topped with fluffy Cheddar Bay drop biscuits and finished with a melted garlic butter brush straight out of the oven. Completely gluten-free and so comforting. Grab the Recipe Here If you make this, I'd...
