My favorite gluten-free baking tools are finally on sale

Hi Reader!

Prime Day ends tomorrow and I've been going through my kitchen to pull together the tools I actually use every single day. These are not random picks. Every single one of these lives in my kitchen and shows up in my recipes. I figured if I'm going to shop Prime Day anyway, I might as well share what I'm grabbing and what I already swear by.

This post contains affiliate links. If you purchase something through my link I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only recommend products I actually use.

The tools I use for almost every recipe:

Thermometers (because temperature matters):

For baking and storing:

For ice cream season:

What I'm personally grabbing this Prime Day:

  • Rubbermaid Brilliance Glass Storage Containers (25% off) — We have had glass containers for years but the lids were all cracking and not staying sealed. I am upgrading to these because my husband brings his lunch to work every day and I cannot have his walking taco casserole spilling all over his bag. Leak-proof lids.
  • HULISEN Burger Press (37% off) — My hand has been hurting from trying to smash burger patties with a spatula. I am finally getting one of these and I'm really excited to try it out! The reviews look really good!
  • KRUPS Belgian Waffle Maker (25% off) — I don't have a waffle recipe on the site yet but it is absolutely on my list and I am using Prime Day as my excuse to finally get one. Stay tuned.

You can browse everything I use and love here:

Hope this helps you stock up on supplies so you're ready for some gluten-free baking. Happy shopping!

Hi Reader! Our A/C went out again this week, so I've been doing everything I can to avoid turning on the oven. That means a lot of no-cook sides and cold drinks... but some things are worth sweating for. Like my blueberry crumble focaccia. I made a big batch of my hot dog buns at the beginning of the month and I'm really glad I did, because now we can just pull them out of the freezer and grill out this weekend without thinking about it. Here's what's on my menu. Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble...

Hi there! We have a long weekend coming up here and I have a lot of recipes to share. Whether you're hosting, heading to someone else's place, or just using the extra time to cook something good, here's everything I've been making lately. Gluten-Free Hamburger Buns Most store-bought gluten-free buns crumble the second you pick them up or taste like cardboard. These don't. They're soft enough to bite through but sturdy enough to hold together under a burger with all the toppings. Get Recipe...

Hi Reader! We all knew this email was coming after I sent the gluten-free burger buns recipe last week. The number one question I got was... what about hot dog buns?! So I have good news... it's the same dough! We just need to measure it out differently and shape it differently. As a Chicago girl, I love a poppy seed bun with my Chicago-style hot dogs, so I topped my buns with poppy seeds, but you can leave them plain or even do an everything bagel topping. Whatever you want. I love to make a...
